I ordered this product at end of August, 2009. It never worked. I called Altec Lansing and they could not help me. Amazon wasn’t much better. I learned that when something doesn’t work you have to spend your time and effort to correct the situation. I will never buy another Altec Lansing product and I am considering never buying any electronics from Amazon in the future. It’s just not worth the aggravation.

Like so many other customers, I had problems connecting my Zune (8G). I really wanted to keep this (not many options for the Zune) so put up with the wiggling and waiting, but ulitmately gave up and returned it to Amazon. Kudos to Amazon.com for crediting me with a full refund and my shipping costs. Thank You Amazon!

While I do like that it charges the Zune while listening to the device. Sometimes the ON button is slow to respond. I also noticed that you have to remove the Zune then turn on the speakers then make a selection on the Zune. My daughter has an i pod product that is much easier to use.
